Customer Service Training:Important?

Research shows that good customer service is the most cost-effective type of advertising available.  Your customer’s experience if positive will give you  the best word of mouth advertising.  If your customer’s experience is negative or not up to their expectations the average consumer will tell multiple people and create negative word of mouth advertising.  Do you know how your customers think you are doing?
